"Darfur ,Gaza: between African and Arab summits."

The Arab Coalition for Darfur (ACD) would like to invite you to attend its first press conference , entitled "Darfur ,Gaza: between African and Arab summits." which will take a place at Hisham Mubarak Center , 11. 00AM Saturday, Jan 31, 2009.

The press conference will discuss the recent participation of ACD in the Civil Society conference of NGOs from across Africa, which was held in Addis Ababa 16-17 January, and the preparatory meetings for the African Union summit to be held next February 1-3 2009.

The press conference will also discuss the vision of the ACD to activate the role of governments and civil society organizations from Arab and African countries towards a solution that restores stability to the troubled western province of Sudan, as compared to the Arab official and civil society response to save Gaza from the latest aggression by Israel.

ACD wants to communicate with interested organizations and the media in this regard.
